1. Diabetes Mellitus type I.

The blood sugar of young is very high considering that beta cells of pancreas is destroyed and not producing insulin to balance the glucose level in blood.That would have happened due to the her own immune system attacked on the beta cells of pancreas and destroying it.This condition is diabetes mellitus type I occurs due to autoimmune disease. The type II diabetes mellitus develops when the enough insulin is not produced by beta cells of pancreas or body becomes resistant to it.The diabetes insipidus develops due to the less production of the Vasopressin from the posterior pituitary causes production of lots of tasteless urine.Diabetic shock refers to the condition when blood glucose becomes very low (hypoglycemia).

2.Trophic /tropic hormones

The tropic hormones stimulates the endocrine cells elsewhere in the body to release their hormones.The example of the tropic hormones are - FSH and LH, ACTH and TSH. Other hormones mentioned in option A,B ,D directly stimulate the target cells.
