Q1) All these belong to 2nd period and Ne has the highest as it has octet(completed shell) of electrons.
So the order is
Ne > N > O > Be > B
N and Be have more than their following elements (not following the trend) due the stable half filled (2p3 for N )and filled (2s2 )for Be.
