1. For given data of size n=500, \mu=20.6 and \sigma=0.30

Margin of Error=E=z*\frac{\sigma }{\sqrt{n}}=1.96*\frac{0.30}{\sqrt{500}}=0.03

Hence CI=\mu \pm E=20.6 \pm 0.03=(20.57,20.63)

2. As 20.2 is not in range this is not meeting the company standard
