1. Stress is a common factor and the psychologists say that about 50 percent to 70 percent people are the victim of stress. There are different coping style of stress. Some uses problem-focused coping style to manage stress. By denial or refusal stress can be controlled. Again some turn it into positive force and get good result as it appears before examination.

2. The male baboon faces swinging of mood due to stress. In such case the male baboon should be allowed to take rest and it must remain disengaged from seeking the goal.

3. Fear is a kind of perception for real and imagined danger. Fear is a cause of anxiety where excessive worries take part.
