Impedence of RLCkt is given by Z^2 = R^2 +(XL-Xc)^2

at resonance XL = Xc

so

where Xc = 1/wC = 1/(2pifC)

XL = wL = 2pifL


so wL = 1/wC

W^2 = 1/LC

W^2 = 1/(0.038 * 250 e-6)

W^2 = 105263.157

W   = 2pif = 324.445

frequency f = 324.445/2pi

f = 51.67 Hz --------------<<<<<<<Answer

at this case of resonance , impedence = resistance of the ckt

so here Z = R = 100 ohms
