Unfortunately you have done some wrong in this question you have shifted position of atom when doing the intervonversion. Remember bonds can rotate but not break when doing interconversion of chair form yoy can put OH group or whenever you start your sequencing from, at any corner of the chair but remember whenever you put keep in mind the adjacent and the cycle you are following
