question 1.
The project is developed for the student admission. In this, student is registered on the basis of aggregate percentage obtained in entrance test(say Central university common entrance test (CUCET)) and Undergraduate level. The seat in a particular department is allocated on the rank basis; the top rankers admitted in engineering field followed by science and humanities while it rejects the student whose aggregate is below 50%. Meanwhile, the seat is deallocated when a student removes admission.

Therefore, the software will maintain a student database which will accommodate a new student and delete the record of outgoing student. Also it must provide the functionality of searching for a paticular student record.

2. Purpose of the project
To create a basic student record system using linked list.It should do the following:
1. The system should be able to add a student in record who gets admission in an
Educational organization.
2. It should be able to delete the record of a student who completes his degree.
3. If we sometime wish to check the list of students who are presently admitted in a
Particular institution, it should display the list.
4. In addition to these basic functions, the system should decide for which deparment a Student may be eligible to get the admission in. This eligibility should be based on the total Percentage of the student.
