b) Oxidation : Al ---> Al^3+ + 3e^- and Reduction: Ag^+ + e^- ---> Ag

c) in voltaic cell, the initial electrode going to decrease with time, this will happen if the electrode is of Aluminum (Al). Therefore, answer is anode.
