Molar mass of KMT ( KC4H6O8)

= 39 + (4x12) + (1x6) + (8x16)

= 221 g/mol

Moles of KMT = given mass / molar mass

= 1.0134/221

= 0.0045 moles

So moles and concentration of KHT = moles and concentration of K+ = moles and concentration of HT-
