Answer - None of them is exothermic and spontaneous.

Melting of ice and melting of ice at 20 degree both are endothermic as they require energy and heat is absorbed.

Dissolution of KF in water is also endothermic as energy is absorbed in this process. It breaks down into Pottasium and fluoride ions.
