Since the above reaction is in equilibrium so we can apply Le chatelier's principal which states that

"Any change in the system under equilibrium, as a result of that equilibrium moves in such direction that it counteract the cause."

Given that S​​​​​​2 gas is removed from the reaction it means that to maintain the equilibrium , system will move in forward direction so that it can form more S​​​​​​​​​​​​2 so that it counteract the removal of it means more H​​​​​​2​​​​​S will dissociates.
