We preformed an Grignard Reaction in Organic Chemistry lab.

Benzophenone + Phenylmagnesium Chloride (2M in THF) + Diethyl Ether -> triphenylmethanol

Below are IRs of Benzophenone and Trimethylmethanol. We performed a Grignard reaction to get an alcohol product from a ketone. I am having trouble with the peaks. They do not look great and the sample IR on the Benzophenone's Ketone peak is not where I would expect. Please help me characterize this. Note: We were unable to perform under completely dry conditions but used 2x Ph-MgBr to dry. The last IR is the IR of our product which we need to characterize in comparison to the two stock IRs.
