Only NaF has pH > 7. NaF is the salt of a weak acid (HF) and a strong base (NaOH). Thus, the solution of NaF is slightly basic.

NH4I is the salt of a strong acid (HI) and a weak base (NH3). Thus it's solution is slightly acidic.

BaCl2 is the salt of a strong acid (HCl) with a strong base (Ba(OH)2). Thus, the solution of BaCl2 is neutral.

KNO3 also is the salt of a moderately strong acid(HNO3) and a strong base (KOH). Thus, it's solution is almost neutral.
