The answer to this question is quite simple

We have to find out the loss on drying in percent

And rate of evaporation

We have Initial mass = 314.30

And final mass = 267.19 gram.

Difference = 314.30-267.19 = 47.11 gram

So% loss = (47.11/314.30) ×100

=14.99 %

Now average rate of evaporation

The evaporated weight is 47.11 gram

And total time required for it is from feb 7 to march 6 is 28 days

So rate of evaporation is

Mass evaporated /time taken

=47.11/28 day

= 1.68 gram /day

So rate of evaporation of water from soap is 1.68 gram/day
