Answer #1

Budget:

The projection of transactions based on the available resources for a certain period is called budget. It also refers to the condensed form of preparing projections or plans for a certain period in the form of dollars.

When the spending of funds is linked up with the budget in an organization, the managers in that organization would spend the remaining amount in the budget as the yearend is approaching.

This is because; the managers would not be interested in losing the funds for the current period. In addition, this policy of spending funds would help them in detaining of creating lower budgets in future periods.
