step1:- to calculate moles of each.

mole of NaOCl = 0.524 L x0.161 mol/L = 0.08436 moles

moles of HOCl = 0.132 L x 0.381 mol/L = 0.0503 moles

step2:- to calculate molarity in total volume

total volume = 0.524+0.132 =0.656 L

[NaOCl] = 0.08436/0.656 = 0.1286 M

[HOCl] = 0.0503/0.656 = 0.07668 M

step3:- to calculate pH

pH = pKa + log{[OCl-]/[HOCl]}

= -log(3.2x10-8) + log(0.1286/0.07668)

= 7.72
