1. If NaOH is added to Fe(SCN)2+ compound, Fe(OH)3 is formed.The hydroxyl anion substitutes the SCN ligand and NaSCN salt is formed.

2. On adding NH4Cl to the equilibrium, the equilibrium will shift to backward. The reason for this is common ion effect. As the reaction involves the formation of Chloride ion formation on the product side, the NH4Cl dissociates and releases Chloride ion which is common to the chloride ion formed from the NaCl. As a result, the chloride ion gets more concentration, which will shift the equilibrium backward direction (It also involves the LeChatlier principal).
