Answer #1

Mass = 4287 mg
= 4.287 g

Now use:
Volume = mass / density
= 4.287 g / 10.5 g/mL
= 0.408 mL

This is rise

Now use:
New volume = old volume + rise
= 26.4 mL + 0.408 mL
= 26.8 mL

Answer: 26.8 mL
