For melting water at 25 C, what is the sign of delta S for system, surroundings and universe?

I'm thinking delta S would be positive for the system, but what about the others?

Yes, you are absolutely correct.

Due to increase in randomness of water molecules during melting process of ice, entropy of system increases. So delta S remains positive for system.

During melting of ice heat energy is taken away by the system from surroundings due to which the randomness of particals in surroundings may decrease. So delta S for surroundings may remain negative.

Melting of ice being a sponeous process at 25deree centigrade, Sum of the Delta S system and surroundings must remain positive (According to spontaneity concept - Second law of thermodynamics)
