left molecule is chiral due to presence of chiral centre(the C which contains all different groups). The carbon containing OH is chiral, due to which chirality is gained by molecule. Also molecule does not have any kind of symmetry. So mirror image in non superimposable. Hence Chiral.

Middle compound is achiral, because no chiral centre is present in it

Right one is chiral, due to presence of chiral centre.The C containing Methyl group, is chiral centre. Hence it is chiral.
