Boiling point is the temperature at which vapour pressure of liquid is equal to pressure surrounding the liquid and the liquid changes to vapour.

J molecule has higher boiling point than H. In J, there is hydrogen bonding between oxygen and hydrogen. So strong interaction in J.In H molecule, there is only dipole-dipole interaction which is weaker than H-bonding.
