Here Xe, PCl5 and CH3CH3 these all are nonpolar substances.
In these type of molecules the only attractive forces between molecules is London dispersion forces.
These will not greatly contribute greatly to the viscosity of the liquid as these are weak.

Now as the TeCl2 exists as ions in the liquid state So therer's a lot's of ionic forces of attraction between + and -, and also a lot of repulsion.

The correct answer is Ch3NH2 here as the main contributor to its higher viscosity would be hydrogen bonding.
