First of all, your answer to question D is incorrect as per your observation. You mentioned that, when you added heat, the reaction shifts to LEFT! This is the case when a reaction is EXOTHERMIC and not ENDOthermic, because, in case of an EXOTHERMIC reaction only, heat is a product and when you supply heat to the equilibrium system i.e. you are actually supplying the products to the system and according to Le-Chatelier's principle, the addition of product will drive the reaction to LEFT!. I hope you figured it out now.

Now, as mentioned above, that heat is a product in Exothermic reaction, the thermochemical equation for this equilibrium is-

Fe3+ + SCN- = Fe(SCN)2+ +A,

where \Delta represents the change in heat during the reaction and it is always on the product side for an Exothermic reaction.
