Explanation:

In anti bonding orbitals, electron density between nuclei is low. Thus they experience higher nuclear repulsion. So their energy increases. Bonding orbitals are lower in energy than antibonding orbitals since the former one have higher electron density around nuclei than later one.

Sigma bond is strong enough since they are formed by head to head overlap. So we need high energy to break them. So they are higher in energy than pi bonds since pi bonds are formed by side by side overlap which is easy to break.

So sigma antibonding orbitals would be the highest energy level.
