d) Coffee contain Caffiene which one kind of psychopathic drug. it stimulates our brain.

To prepare sample for HPLC test i.e., High Performance Liquid Chromatography is as follows:

first we wil extract coffee into powder and weigh it on a filter paper.

Second we will add water to it ( as per powder weighed). then we will keep ot on a water bath at temp. 100degree celsius for about an hour. then let it cool down.

then filtering it with whatman filter paper no.1. Pipetting out the prepared sample in a volumetric 10ml making it upto the mark with HPLC water.

then again filtering with microfilters.

then we will fill into the HPLC tubes for the reading.
