Ques (1) proton on benzene has largest chemical shift because due to pie electrons in benzene ring current also produce which deshield the proton hence larger chemical shift. So option 2 is correct

Ques(2) small magnetic field of proton on neighbouring carbon atoms interacting with applied magnetic field which cause spin spin splitting because due to different possible arrangements of protons on two adjacent carbon protons magnitude of shielding and deshielding vary hence splitting occur so option 3 is right

Ques(3) option 4 is right because in ppm value of chemical shift of particular proton remain same regardless of frequency used.
