The reaction is about refluxing isobutanol and acetic acid in the presence of sulfuric acid give isobutyl acetate and water.It is an reversible reaction and hence it is an equilibrium based reaction.

Sulfuric acid is necessary to start reaction and can drive the reaction in both forward and backward directions.

Water is formed as byproduct.As the amount of water increases the reversible reaction occurs.It leads to the formation of reactants.

There is no further reaction takes place when reaction reaches maximum equilibrium.So all the chemicals are present in the reaction flask at that time.

Correct option is the last one.1,2,3,4&5are present in the flask.
