The acid which give strongest conjugate base = HB

because it has smallest Ka value because lower the Ka value, weaker is the acid and stronger will be its conjugate base.

strongest acid = HD because it has highest Ka value.

Kb = Kw/Ka

= 1.00E-14/2.84E-4

= 3.52E-11
