The graph is showing the result of the sequencing data, where 4 different nucleotides are shown in 4 different color. A is shown by red color, C by green color, G by purple and T by black color. So, if we accidentally omitted dTTP, we will not found any blank lines and therr would be blank spaces in their place because it show specific base at specific position. Hence, option c is the correct .
