OR in the rearrangement AB.CDE

This is a chromosomal abnormalities ,(DELETION OF CHROMOSOME SEGMENT OCCUR)under certain conditions a section of a chromosome can break off. The detached segments can do one of several things.

IF deletion in chromosome occur than the detached fragment of DNA does not reattach to the original chromosome .This is a intragenic deletion, Here the deletion of chromosome segment occur at the terminal end.
