Explanation:  As we know that the X chromosome is shorter in length as compaired to Y chromosome. In the sex chromosome the X and Y chromosome there were present homologous chromosome at one point long million years ago. These X and Y chromosomes are the 23rd pair of autosomes. but ovr the last several million years the Y chromosome has began degenerating that is it is literally falling apart. So in the certain region of X and Y chromosome there is still homology or similar genes which is found in similar location which is known as Pseudo autosomal region(PAR) responsible for translocation.
