the patient and his wife reported to the doctor with the complaint of difficulty in breathing for the last 10 days. the patient also gives a history of intake of oral antibiotics whcih did not give him much relief, he also gives a recent history of shifting houses and changed job where we now works as a park ranger and spends most of the times between the different wild plants and animals including bats on a daily basis. patient also gives history os fever.'

on blood investigation it was found out that patient has a raised lymphocytic count.

ans) the antibiotics were not the right choice of treatment since the patient could be suffering from som ekind of viral infection due to raise in lymphocyes in the blood. the patent could be suffering from Corona Virus or SARS which have direct transmissionm from animals and especially birds like bats.
