29. Rate constant or specificity constant

30. Rate of reaction when enzyme is saturated with substrate is the Vmax or maximum rate of reaction. Km is the concentartion of substrate which allows the enzyme to achieve half Vmax. It denotes that 50% of enzyme molecules are bound with substrate molecules at the reaction.

33. NADH dehydrogenase in cellular respiration- Complex 1 is the first enzyme complex int he respiratory chain and it accepts electrons from NADH+ H+ which is derived from carbohydrates , fats and amino acids which creates a gradient at the inner mitochondrial membrane. So it converts NAD from NADH to its oxidized form(NAD+)
