United nation Sustainable Development Goals- Sustainable Development Goals are set by the United Nation for population of all over the world to overcome worldwide problems and to achieve 17 different goals by year of 2030. These goals are set in year of 2015 by the resolution passed by United Nations General Assembly with the resolution number is  70/1. The goals are as follows-

  • 1:No Poverty- To get inclusive Economic growth by providing  jobs and to  promote equality between the individuals
  • 2: Zero Hunger - to provide food to every individuals and to end hunger and also to remove poverty
  • 3: Good Health and Well-Being - to promote healthy lives
  • 4:Quality Education - to provide quality education to each and every individuals
  • 5: Gender Equality -
  • 6: Clean Water and Sanitation - to provide Clean water , proper sanitation to all human beings.
  • 7: Affordable and Clean Energy
  • 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth - to provide quality jobs
  • 9:Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure- infrastructure development by investing money
  • 10:Reduced Inequalities- universal policy for all section of society.
  • 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities
  • 12: Responsible Consumption and Production
  • 13: Climate Action
  • 14:Life below Water
  • 15: Life on Land- prevent biodiversity loss , proper management of forests. helps in overcome of  desertification,prevent land degradation
  • 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions- provide justice to all
  • 17: Partnerships-  There should be global partnership

United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change or UNIPCC- is an intergovernmental organisation established for the understanding of impact of human activityon climate and their effect and the response. It was Established in the year of  1988 by United Nations Environment Programme and World Meteorological Organization. later  United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change was responsible for controlling greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere.

Paris climate agreement- This Agreement was adopted on date of 12 December 2015 to deal with greenhouse gas emission , their mitigation, and related aspects. It is also under United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.

  EU climate action policy-

European Climate Change Programme or ECCP was started in the year of  2000 by the of European Union's to prevent the climate change by developing, implementing protocols to overcome the effect of climate change.
