Varroa destructor a mite parasite can kill the drone more easily and preferably that why to control the drone in later stage one can use this parasite.

In early state , the drone will be killed automatically by worker if they got less nectar and grains because normally , worker don't give sufficient food to drone and thus when their will be less supply they will not get any food . And eventually they will be died.
