answer is Body Stalk. Body Stalk is the chracterstic of only polyp form of cnidarians.

gastrodermis is the inner lining of gastrovascular cavity present in medusa as well as polyp forms of cnidarians

Tentacles are are also prenet in both forms of Cnidarians, and tentacles have sting cells.

Mesogalea is non living lining present between epidermis and gastrodermis. Mesoglea also present in both forms of Cnidarians.
