1. simple staining is done with methylene blue to identify the morphological feature of the sample. the sample was then observed under microscope and it looked round shaped bluish-green in appearance. its confirmed as Cocci.

2.. Gram- staining is done to confirm the nature of the bacterial cell wall nature.the sample seen in  violet-red color so the sample is confirmed as gram positive.

3.silver stain is performed which confirms the morphology off the sample is Cocci.
