Answer #1

Proper protein conformation is required to perform the normal functions in a cell. Due to some adverse condition, protein fail to maintain its integrity and get abnormal shape, also known as mis-folded conformation of proteins and these mis-folded protein lost their function and behave differently like pathogenicity to the cell. This type of condition commonly occurs case of neurodegenerative disease like Parkinson's disease, AD and others. In case prion disease following statement(s) are correct.

First three statements are absolutely correct statements as that is CJD (a type of disease in the brain) can be inherited, a majority of prions are infectious and transmissible spongiforme encephalopathies (TSE) develop.

Last two statements are not correct that are "laterogenic ..........susceptible recipient" and "prions are ........immune response" as prions can survive adverse condition and can survive at very high temperature for several hours.
