Since we are only manipulating the enzyme Lysozome,
The Microorganism would be engulfed ( because the Phagocytic activity of the phagocyte will not be affected.)
but the Microorganism would not be digested as the enzyme Lysozome breakes down the Microorganism.
hence,

1 is incorrect.
2.is correct as the microorganism wouldnt be digested but only be engulfed.
3. is incorrect
4. is inccorect.
