The aspect of the cell cycle that would be most disrupted by cytochalasin B is- cytokinesis.

Cytochalasin B is a drug that prevents the formation of microfilaments and thus it disrupts the process of cytokinesis. In animal cells, the formation of cleavage furrow takes place when the contraction of a ring of microfilaments occurs. This contraction of microfilaments causes the division of parent cell into daughter cells. This is how cytokinesis occurs. But, cytochalasin B disrupts the formation of microfilaments and thus no cytokinesis take place.
