H20 recreation complex will be offering new swimming, fitness, childcare, day camps, youth leadership, employment and educational programs beginning this fall. We require part-time lifeguards to join our aquatics team. Lifeguards and swim instructors are the heart of H20, reporting directly to the Aquatic Supervisor. Lifeguards and swim instructors will ensure that open public swim times and swimming programs are fun and operate safely.

1) HR department perform various activities. Some of them are discussed below:

• Recruitment: One of the major function of the HR department, it handles the recruitment of the employees in the organization. It conducts various recruitment processes to perform this activity.
• Managing payroll: It also handles the payroll activities like generating the salary slips, handling the employee attendance and various other related activities
• Training and development: HR department ensures that the employees of the organization are provided relevant training while working in the organization. It conducts various seminars, workshops and webinars to achieve this.
• Performance evaluation: The employees are subjected to periodic performance evaluations which is done by the HR department. The appraisal and promotion of an employee depends on this Managing evaluation.
