Answer #1

Hi Dear Friend, the unknown is pentan-3-amine (IUPAC name)

H₃CM CH₃ NH,

IR:

3367 & 3292 cm-1, amine N-H stretch

2961 to 2876 cm-1, sp3 C-H stretch

1610 cm-1, N-H bending

1461 to 1356 cm-1, sp3 C-H bending

1160 cm-1, C-N stretch

HNMR & CNMR assignments:

Since Hb carbon is a chiral carbon, hence Hc protons 2H, 2H further resolved well, both are same actually.
