Sol b becomes energised when input ls2 ans sol a are in on condition and ls3 output is in off condition.

Rung 0003

Sol c becomes energised when input pb2 is in high state and both pb3 and sol a are in off condition. And sol c remains energised through its holding contact.

Rung 0004

Pl2 energies when sol c is in on condition.
