The main class found in blood is IgG, which is passed on to new borns through the mother's placenta.
The main class found in breast milk, saliva, tears and mucus is IgA
The class of pentamer antibodies is IgM
These are the first antibodies produced during cell responses IgM
Almost all antibodies of the class IgE are bound to receptors on mast cells and eosinophils
