Since the given half cell is cathode , and we know that on cathode reduction occurs so H+ will be reduced to H2 at cathode. So second statement is correct and also 5th statement is wrong because oxidation cannot occur at cathode.

F2 | F- cannot be anode because on anode oxidation can occur but F2|F- is a reduction half cell.

4th statement is wrong because flow of electron occurs from anode to cathode.

Thus only second is correct.
