Answer #1

10) For a solution with pH<7
It means, that the H+ ions concentration is greater than 10-7

10-7 is the concentration of H+ in pure water so, we can say, H+ in a solution with pH <7 has concentration greater than that of pure water.

11) To know the conjugate acid of HSO4-

we should know that HSO4- will act as base and accept H+ and will form a conjugate acid which will be H2SO4.
HSO4- if act as acid will lose H+ and form SO42-.This will be its conjugate base.

24) This has yne as functional group. so the suffix yne is added.and the total no of carbon are 8
so name is Octyne
