1. Campylobacter jejuni which is a curved rod shaped bacteria, Gram-Negative Bacteria causes food poisoning.

It is having symptoms of most frequent cause of diarrhoea resulting in watery stools, fever, vomiting, headaches and severe abdominal pains.

2. Salmonella typhi which causes typhoid. It is a Gram-Negative Bacteria and food poisoning organism.

It causes typhoid fever characterised by progressive, invasive infection that lead to septicaemia(blood infection).

3. Shigella dysenteriae causes Shigellosis. It is a Gram-Negative Bacteria. It is water and food poisoning organism.

It causes diarrhoea containing blood and mucus from the gastrointestinal tract.

4. E. Coli O157:H7 is a Gram-Negative Bacteria and food poisoning organism.

It causes bloody diarrhoea eith development of hemolytic uremic syndrome in 10% of patients.

5. Vibrio cholera is a comma shaped Gram-Negative Bacteria which causes cholera.

It causes diarrhoea which is described as rice water stools.
