Momentum is conserved as explosion is occur due to internal forces. So there is no external force so momentum is conserved.

3000×100 = 2000×v + 1000×150

v = 75 m/s

Is correct because of newton's 3rd law

Impulse to the probe = change in momentum

= 1000×150 - 1000×100 = 5×104 Ns
