number of desired allele / total number of alleles.

Now we have to calculate the frequency of allele 13 for CSF1P0.

The number of alleles 13 for CFS1PO is 6

Total number of alleles for CFSP1O is 30

Allelic frequency of 13 for CFSPO is 6/30= 0.2

Answer is 0.2
