Given the collective goods problem in managing environmental issues–heightened by the participation of large numbers of actors–what new international organizations or agreements could be created in the coming years to help solve this problem? Are there ways to reduce the number of actors participating in the management of global problems such as global warming? What problems might your proposals run into?

The new international organization or agreement could be created in the coming years to help solve this problem is that once in a year most of the countries who really wants to reduce the problem can call for a meeting to share and suggest some of the ideas they are having or the ways to overcome the problem together . With this every individual countries should take initiative to low down the environmental problems my them self too . The must call for an agreement with the other countries before doing any kind of international trade or inviting them for the establishment of there companies that they must keep there surrounding clean and will not through wastes in rivers and lake and will establish there factories away from the societies and residential areas . The government of the country must make some strict rule for the environment and it cleanliness , which every citizen and the outsider residing in the country has to follow strictly .

By imposing some strict rules by the government over use of bicycle for atleast 3 days a week , using public transport for the public , reducing less production of cars and increasing production of bicycles in the countries , inviting more companies for the manufacturing of new ecofriendly transportation and by increasing the easy transportation facilities to the public so that they can use it more and by this government will also generate fund and provide employment to the unemployed people and reduce the actors involve in managing the environmental problems and can work properly and the pollution and global warming will be reduced automatically .

With the help of these proposal the country will able to skip using the pollution creating transportation and technology and initiate in more and more production or eco friendly vehicles and using more and more public transportation help them to use less personal vehicles and help the government to generate more fund give employment to the people in need and by introducing new healthy technology and providing good facilities to the public it will reduce global warming indirectly and help people to enjoy there healthy life
